CER specializes in computer and electronics recycling. We can help you dispose of all your obsolete electronic equipment in a responsible way. Keeping end-of-life items such as: desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, fax machines, and other it equipment out of landfills drastically reduces our environmental impact. All equipment is broken down to its basic elements (glass, metal, plastic, etc) and those commodities are then reused in future products.

Data Destruction

Your information is private and CER can help you keep it that way. We offer two methods of data destruction:

Shredding - In this process; hard drives and media disks are shredded and melted down.

Scrubbing - This process is ideal for hard drives that will be reused. Our proprietary scrubbing software wipes the drive clean and all of its data.

Component Destruction

We understand that not all equipment can be reused due to factors such as trade secrets and liabilities. In such cases CER can tailor a custom plan to fit your specific company needs. Whether you require dismantling or shredding, our experienced technicians will help you achieve your  goals.

Asset Recovery

CER has a strong track record helping companies liquidate excess and end-of-life inventory, maximizing financial return from such assets. Board Level Repair

Board level  repair is CER's latest effort to reuse as much e-waste as possible. This work is done on small pieces and parts such as capacitors, resistors, and transistors that reside inside integrated circuits and on circuit boards.  Motherboards, graphics cards, power supplies, monitors and panels are some examples of equipment that can be repaired.

Rechargeable Battery Recycling

One of our specialties is rechargeable battery recycling. Batteries contain lead, metals and acids; all extremely hazardous to our environment.  CER has mastered recycling techniques for these type of batteries: Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cd), Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH), Lithium Ion (Li-ion), and Small Sealed Lead* (Pb). We provide battery take-back programs for several laptop manufacturers and we can help your company implement one.

Cell Phone Recycling

According to the EPA, the rate which cell phones are discarded is predicted to exceed 125 million phones each year. Cell phones are specially hazardous to our landfills because they contain metals, plastics, chemicals and other potentially toxic substances. We follow strict guidelines set by the EPA to properly recycle obsolete cell phones.

Cardboard, Plastic and Foam Baling

Dealing  with excess packaging material can be cumbersome. When CER's truck shows up at your door to pick-up your e-waste, it can also pick-up cardboard, plastic and foam, giving you one less thing to worry about. We value proper recycling of all materials as much as electronic waste.
